The laminated filter element is composed of a group of discs with grooves on both sides. The intersection formed by the edges of the grooves can intercept the suspended solids and solids in the water. Because it has the functions of surface interception and deep condensation at the same time, the filtering effect is greatly improved.
The laminated filter has the characteristics of high efficiency backwashing, automatic continuous operation, low water consumption, small floor area and reliable operation. The backwashing process of the filter system is alternately carried out, and the automatic switching between the working and backwashing states can ensure continuous water discharge and small system pressure loss. Therefore, the technical advantages are very obvious.
The laminated filter adopts modular design and can be used in various combinations according to the filtering unit to meet the actual needs of different applications. Backwash control operation is simple, according to the differential pressure, time double control.
Filter Performance Characteristics:
Using a number of patented technology, installation and use more safe, efficient, water, land, less routine maintenance.
The filter element has no spring design, and the incoming water pressure is used to compress the disc group during filtration, which greatly reduces the pressure requirement of backwashing. The unique built-in duckbill valve ensures the maximum water output of the filter element during filtration, and has a good check function during backwashing.
The framework of the filter element can flexibly adjust the height of the filter element according to the design requirements, so as to adjust the filtering area and meet the requirements of different systems.
Instead of the common metal clamp design, the filter unit adopts the self-locking buckle with the specially designed sealing ring. The installation and disassembly of the filter unit shell becomes very simple and easy, and the sealing effect is good.
Each filter unit is equipped with filtering and backwashing status indicating device and automatic air inlet and exhaust device, which can avoid water hammer damage and improve the backwashing effect of filter element.
